I’m Lynn Flanagan-Till CLE, CLC, RMT, herbalist, holistic mother care specialist, and owner of Whole Mother Care. I am deeply passionate about plant medicine, caring for women during their childbearing years and giving back to the community.
After studying sociology and women’s studies in college I started taking classes in botanical medicine and traditional healing techniques in 1999 and got involved in the birth world in 2002. Since then I have been trained and worked as a Lactation Educator, Lactation Counselor, Labor Doula, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator/Birthing From Within Mentor, Midwife Assistant, Massage Therapist with a focus in Prenatal/Postpartum/Uterine work and Community Herbalist. I graduated from the Colorado School of Healing Arts in 2007 and enjoy continuing my education.
Over the last 8 years I have worked in private practice, as well as at the Mothers’ Milk Bank at Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center, Apothecary Tinctura and Mountain Midwifery Center. I am a member of the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals association, the American Botanical Council, the American Herbalists Guild and the Colorado Midwives Association.
I currently offer individual consultations and treatments at The Midwife’s Garden, as well as teach, speak and write an article here and there. I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband, two sons and two dogs. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, gardening, drinking tea, reading, cooking, music, crafts, horses and being outdoors.
