Lynn specializes in integrative botanical medicine and hands on healing sessions for women during the childbearing years. Consults are individualized and can consist of massage, education, herbal care plans, aromatherapy, flower essences, nutritional counseling and healing touch for preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, breastfeeding and women’s health concerns.

Mini Mama Breather – designed for new mamas with baby in arms that need some nurturing touch and time to relax and breathe. Includes an aromatherapy foot bath and foot massage focused on lowering stress, a shoulder massage including acupressure points specific to breastfeeding and a cup of tea blended just for you! Perfect for your first time out w/ baby, after a postpartum visit or anytime you just need little breather for yourself. 30 min $45
Prepare & Plant – For those who are getting ready for getting pregnant, this session is part herbal consult part fertility focused massage. Perfect as a follow-up after taking the Holistic Fertility class or after learning how to chart your cycle with Colleen Flowers. Optimal timing to schedule this session is 3 months before you would like to start trying to conceive. 90 min $105
Support the Sprout - For those in the first trimester, this treatment combines gentle massage and a personalized herbal care plan to help ease the common discomforts and concerns of early pregnancy. Special care is given to support you and your little sprout, so that you both may transition into pregnancy smoothly. 75 min $90
Nourish & Grow - Designed to nourish and pamper growing bodies and babies alike during the second trimester. Using prenatal massage techniques that promote connection to baby and facilitate feeling at home in your own skin this treatment is nothing short of delicious. 75 min $90
Blossom & Birth - For those in the third trimester, attention is given to readying body, mind and baby for birth. Massage, hydrotherapy and a personalized blend of essential oils are used to soothe sore muscles and ever expanding bellies. Positioning encourages baby to be in the best placement possible and after 40 weeks focus is given to acupressure points that encourage the start of labor. 90 minutes $105
Honor & Heal - Bringing a life into this world is hard work! This new mama treatment is optimal from 2 days to 2 months postpartum, but can be soothing and helpful anytime in the first year after giving birth. Starting with a customized foot bath and massage that facilitate healing and recovery, this treatment ends with a cup of tea and some chocolate to celebrate a job well done. 90 min $105
Womb Love- Designed to promote body and mind healing , integration and recovery after giving birth via cesarean section, miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or any uterine surgery or invasive pelvic procedure. Therapeutic massage is combined with healing castor oil packs and a herbal care plan to heal the womb and mend the heart. 90 min $105

Midwives Special - a massage designed to unwind and soothe the muscles that are most overused in childbirth care providers ( midwives, doulas, nurses etc.).
